Those ladies barely speak English. They never understand what I am telling them and they are rude. Please go and see for yourself so you can believe me. Canada has became a place where everybody says and does anything they want, not even a doctor's office knows about respect anymore. Such a shame
Please hire somebody who speaks English, we live in Canada for God sake. Lady at the reception does not understand what I said and she is like " HA?".... Who agrees if this is a proper way to talk to a patient? "HA"? what is that?
Receptionist were laughing in my face literally and speaking in their own language. I felt so awful but they did not care, kept on talking in their language while laughing, God knows why were they laughing in front of a patient. However so very disrespectful 🥲 I am bot going back
Whenever I come here for my child's appointment, I get confused if I'm in Canada or Nigeria. None of Dr. Olaogun's staff understand or speak proper English and they make basic mistakes on information. They even once referred my child to the wrong pediatrician. This clinic should be audited and the staff's competency should be assessed. I would give a negative rating to this place if possible.
Bright clean new medical center with pharmacy located inside. Several doctors also accepting new patients. Also injection site for knees, pain, etc.
