Very nice place. It's clean and staff are supportive. Dr. Baisi is exceptional in his care.
Those ladies barely speak English. They never understand what I am telling them and they are rude. Please go and see for yourself so you can believe me. Canada has became a place where everybody says and does anything they want, not even a doctor's office knows about respect anymore. Such a shame WORST ZERO STARS
I have been living in Windsor since 2003 and had a few different family doctors and never had an excellent experience like I currently have at the Hope Health clinic on Ouellette. The two receptionists at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, polite, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The wait time was much shorter than I expected for a walk-in. Dr T is a lifesaver, very knowledgeable and caring
This review is of the pharmacy. Worst I've EVER had. They screwed up my carries, which is fine. Mistakes happen. But instead of fixing it, the male pharmacist would do nothing but try to convince me I was wrong. I count my carries EVERY week when I put them in my lock box, I know how many I got. Left feeling completely dismissed and a day without my drink..which is dangerous btw..because he cares more about being right than the health and safety of his patients.
