This place clearly doesn't care about the well-being of its patients. I'm honestly appalled at the lack of support and compassion shown to people who genuinely need help. Hope Health Centre most disorganized and unresponsive practice been too.Maybe focus on doing your current job properly before trying to take on another one. If you ran a public office the way you run this clinic, people would be left banging on a locked door while you’re off socializing and throwing parties. Worst service ever.

It’s only recently when I’ve had children and required same day or same week appointments that I’ve come to really appreciate the doctors office. The reception, nurse and practitioners have all been top notch in the last year and I’m so grateful!

This place does not care about their patients. I an truly disgusted by the way they treat people in need. So congratulations hope health center on being the worst practice I've ever encountered. You can't get in to see anyone yet Dr zadjlik is running for office. Maybe try to make sure your day job responsibilities are being met. If you were elected and things were run like your office is, people would just be telling at a closed door for help while you are having dance parties with your friends

I've been with hope health centre for about 10 years now and I usually see the NP, however the last couple of years has been very difficult to even get a hold of anyone in this office. They ghost people for phone appointments that have been scheduled, don't answer their phone during business hours because they are closed even though their own answering machine says they should open (2pm on a Tuesday for example), and ignore requests from pharmacists for prescription renewals. I’m very disappointed in the decline of care from hope health centre. I have empathy and understanding our health care system is flawed and those flaws also affect the staff members who work there. But I feel at my wits end it is seemingly impossible to get an appointment with any of the nurse practitioners as well as dr.zajdlik. I’ve made multiple appointments for my chronic pain and they have been rescheduled and now just canceled until further notice.
