Hope Health Care sent a aid did not report a fall on a Friday. The aid Let my mom fall again on a Sunday. Never reported the first fall. My Mother ended up with a broken knee and fracture and will not walk again was in rehab for 7 months. They did not respond or even care about what happen. Contacted them a number of times via text, fax & certified mail and got the run around. I would NOT recommend this agency to anyone that has a loved one that they care for.
