Absolutely love John, I may only be 24. But have been to an actual dozen or so mental health practitioners. Only one I’ve made progress with, is with him.
John is great at what he does. After realizing that life was too much for me to handle, John taught me strategies on how to deal with stressors and how to cope with triggers if they should arise. He is super easy to talk and open up too. I never felt judged or belittled because of what we have talked about. He fights for my mental health and helps with finding the best doctors to help identify what is chemically going on in your head.
