Super kind, knowledgable, and supportive staff that want the best for you. They have experience, personally, with mental health or substance abuse issues, priming them to be able to help you. It was hard at first but they stuck by my side no matter how bad it got.
As a loved one of mine was going through an extremely difficult time. When I reached out to Hope Harbor they were nothing but kind to us. They helped get me LO on track with meds, therapy and support. Bethany in particular went over and beyond her duties and was active in updating the family and showed genuine concern for the patients. I would refer them to anyone in need.
