My friend who "completed" Hope Harbor's program (she was discharged without being informed while in the emergency room) is in a much worse position than she was before entering. Patients seem to just be numbers, staff are uncaring at best and negligent at worst. Can't in good faith recommend this program.

I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. ONLY SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU HAVE ZERO REGARD FOR THEIR WELLBEING. FAMILY MEMBER'S EXPERIENCE HERE IS ENDING IN PENDING LITIGATION AND THE LEVEL OF NEGLIGENCE IS UNFATHOMABLE. CANT WAIT TO GET THE RESULTS OF THE INVESTIGATION INTO THIS PLACE.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone, including in emergency situations. A vulnerable, homeless, disabled patient was discharged without being informed while in the emergency room. Because of that, they were then discharged to the street and ended up in another emergent situation due to lack of coordination of care, or really ANY care at all.
