Hope Forward Therapy has been such a light in my life the last year and a half. They have truly helped me work through and come out of some unhealthy places, but given me the tools to do it. All the staff are amazing, friendly, warming, and welcoming. I recommend them anytime people are searching for a therapist or other services that are offered here. So thankful for HFT♥️
I left a few months ago reason being, i feel that the person helping me there did not have patience with my situation. I left feeling Judged, shamed & uncomfortable. I was told “I dont want to give you these resources if you’re not going to divorce/leave.” I understand their point of view. However, i dont think they understood mine. It’s not easy leaving an abusive relationship. Giving out resources to HELP someone out should not depend on if they leave or not. You help in hopes it HELPS THEM LEAVE.
