H.O.P.E. for Animals is such an asset to so many communities because of both their local clinic and spay/neuter transport services. The lives of so many animals (and individuals) are positively impacted because of this phenomenal non-profit organization. Thank you H.O.P.E.! You are AWESOME!!!

Business response:

Business response:

Kim Ludwick Metz, thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns about your cats. Here at H.O.P.E. for Animals, we have spayed or neutered over 2,000 Community Cats in the last year alone. The quality of work done was similar to taking your car to your dentist for an oil change. They do not seem to know what they are doing for the well being of animals after they have been through this establishment. Do not recommend.

Business response:

Dear Mr. Peverelle, we are saddened and disappointed to hear that you were not happy with our services. We strive to ensure that we offer the best possible care to the animals as well as the best possible service to our customers. If your experience with us was unsatisfactory in any way, I will do whatever I can to make it right. Please reach out to me directly to share your concerns at Amiller@hfafw.org.
