I’ve been seeing Dr. Jody for like 3 yrs now. And she’s the best family Dr I’ve ever had she listens to you and gives you what the medical attention you need and all the staff there knows every single patient!
They called me to charge me for things that my insurance did cover. The mistake was theirs; they sent the claim late, and by then, my insurance copay had changed. But that's not my fault. They need to get their act together. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The receptionist is too rude
Excellent medical care, terrible customer service
I was at first upset about the approach, but, my doctor and her student came in with a load of information that I definitely needed to hear. Ive never had a doctor who literally hugs you and says she's loves you like Jody just did. She really makes you feel wanted for, cared about and welcomed. She's been through a lot her self so she knows what she's talking about.
