little to no waiting. friendly efficient staff. they truly care about their patients. they have called me to check on me a minimum of 6 times since this pandemic started. I was sick beforehand and they keep checking up on me. I have never had a dr. do that.

I have been going to Hope Family Health Clinic for YEARS... today I changed. I was diagnosed with Acute Pneumonia on Thursday & told to follow up with my PCP. I've not seen my PCP in who knows when? They refused to give me an appointment because she is out. I'm supposed to put my health at risk because my listed PCP is out of the office. I can not see someone else. No thank you. I found another doctor at a different clinic that will see me today!
I use to love the hope clinic when they started out incs double wide they were nicer then. They was good to me with my husband he hsd csnceri could not sny better how they treated me they was good to me. My husbsnd got married the hope clinic sent all the wedding flowers. We were married 5 months before his passin. I was by his sideall the way.
I am 79 years young and all those years,Hope is the best people i have ever had any health dealings with.I highly recommend them!!!
I've been going several years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are awesome. The most personal care you will ever get. No wham bam pay on the way out. If you need more time for treatment or any questions you may have,they will spend it. And 80% of the time they are right on schedule. Only Dr. office I know of like that.
Been going there since I moved up here in 2013. Started with Dr. York. Met Megan, love her to death. Everyone up there is friendly...as me being from Nashville. Drs there are like hurry get you in and get you gone. They don't half way listen. Can't say that about hope! Even get a hug from the doctor when you leave! ***Love Y'all****
