Jimmy was amazing and kept his word when quoting me over the phone. Wanted to call before going in and he was very professional, smooth from start to finish Edit 8-3-25: Just called again to get an estimate* over the phone by providing key info, they did it before no problem, and honored the price they said over the phone in person. This time they did not want to quote me over the phone due to "discrepancies" whatever that means, so I could have taken my piece to someone else and got more for it possibly.
