I was sceptical going to a Mall jeweler for a repair AND a potential estimate for a piece of jewelry for sale (heard the radio ad). Jimmy was extremely polite competent and willing to understand my goal. We agreed on a purchase price for an item that was explicitly explained to us and felt very comfortable with the transaction. What a very beneficial adjunct for me to have an authentic person to parlay my “treasures” my kids don’t want into useable cash.
