The night before my scheduled move-in, during the walkthrough, I discovered that the property the landlord’s agent had represented was nowhere near livable. My friend just had an extremely negative experience with this realtor. The property was blatantly misrepresented—what was advertised as a “well-maintained” and “move-in ready” home turned out to have serious issues, including visible mold and unsafe conditions. Instead of being upfront, the realtor downplayed or outright denied problems that were later impossible to ignore. Hope is a consummate professional at her craft as a Realtor. You need only meet with her to discuss real estate, or preview one of her properties, to know that she is one of the finest to have handle a home buying or selling transaction. I would happily work with her time and again for my real estate needs.

Hope did more for us than we ever expected from a real estate agent. Hope sold our house and we received a better offer/offers than we ever imagined. Hope then went on to help us find a home, ensuring we were getting what we wanted for the best price. Hope is not only a great real estate agent but someone you can trust as a person. I would never use anyone else.
