Kaitlyn is a wonderful counselor for anxiety, perfectionism, and the stress of 'having it all together.' She helps clients build self compassion, explore underlying thinking patterns, and overall work toward self growth.
Kaitlyn brings such a warm and comforting presence to the therapy setting. She helps challenge clients of all ages to better understand themselves and providing supportive guidance on how to feel more confident in themselves! Would definitely recommend for anxiety or self-esteem therapy!
