Jim Koch was unprofessional, making and receiving phone calls during our sessions, and sharing his family issues. I needed receipts in order to get reimbursed by my insurance. He said he was in a hurry but would mail them to me, but 5 weeks later he hasn't despite my reminders. I have proof that he cashed my checks. I mailed him a reminder with a stamped self-addressed envelope, but he still hasn't mailed me the receipts and doesn't return my calls.
