Hope counseling is a great establishment, I’ve used them for 10 yrs on/off again for my children as needed during different life events. I like that they have home services & we’ve had great & not so great experiences with that. That being said, the great counselors we’ve gotten/had from Hope are PRICELESS, as is the relationships with my children (& knowing them a decade). Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I was speaking to a therapist via text on behalf of my daughter. Some where along the lines we lost contact. I received a call today from Miesha asking if I wanted to continue the services because the last therapist said I was too busy. I’m a single parent of 2 kids, i’m self employed full time and work part time. I’ve always responded to her and called her back so it’s like where did that come from. Run they will not assist you.
