Not sure how helpful they can be here. I called to ask about something and we talked for only a few seconds before I was put on hold without any warning beforehand. I understand these outpatient facilities can be busy because they have a lot of people coming in and out that need help. That being said, isn't it poor service to answer a call only to put them on hold?
have three people to bring to your attention Ella Licensed Practitioner on a scale from 1 to 10 she is an 11. Elisce my counselor I can be very upset wanting to run away to wherever but when I talk to her I become calm with a better outcome. Cassandra she has been great. I totally respect her position there. I am really scared of wat to do or where to turn. I want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart. Charlene Morgan
