Went there this morning and they were so kinda and helpful. Immediately let me in and was very kind (i havent done this or gone to a place like this so i was freaking out) so very nice and comforting. The lights were low, the tv played calming music, they got me a blanket and constantly asked if I needed water or any food. They were very kind and they sent messages out to people to correct some issues i have been experiencing.
Friendliest staff, clean and well stocked facilities. They truly are a blessing to take care of so many individuals who have various situations, offering a warm place to stay and meals, healthy avenues of expression and activities also while you recover.
the admin and staff could not be nicer, they’ve helped me through so much i have no idea why the ratings why the ratings are so bad

My husband went there for help and they sent him home saying they had no beds but only had 8 people there he told them he had a mental breakdown and needed some help all they did was bringing him home and give him a list of resources that was a waste of they were no help they didn't care don't waste your time going there for help
