Greetings to Al and the gang! Al, you are the best, and the entire office crew is exceptional. I appreciate you very much. As for Dr.Varma, I could not ask for a more caring, understanding psychiatrist. Aside from that, she is the most intelligent and knowledgeable psychiatrist I have dealt with over the past 20 years since my initial diagnosis. I have been afflicted with Bipolar Illness and treated for 39 years. I am a patient of Dr. Varma who is an excellent psychiatrist, the best I have had the pleasure of working with over all of these years. She has managed to greatly decrease the dosages of my medications and only added a low dose of Mirtazapine. I give her much credit for not having to be hospitalized in any psych hospitalization. The Doctors are great - but the billing is not. They bill under a business name instead of the Doctor's name so the claim is rejected as out of network by my insurer. The Doctor is listed as in network but the claim is categorized out of network and I have to pay the full amount. Even a great Doctor is not worth paying full ride for an appt that should be free!
