This place is really nice and the people are friendly. We did have a problem with scheduling. My grandson had an appointment and after the initial appointment we were told to come back on September 10 at 1pm for a cleaning. When my grandson arrived he was told he missed his appointment that was for 10:30 and would need to pay $35. Originally we were given a sticky note with the appointment date and time. Some of you guys expect a doctor's appointment to be like a fast food drive-thru. It’s going to take some time to be seen!! The people here are amazing and my primary physician Bayyinah Michel-Quintanilla, is so kind.
Never again will I bring my child here no one at the desk workers to busy talking around instead of attending the desk have the ac on freezing and having our babies undress for a long time worst service
Wait time is ridiculous! Give you appointment mouths out but takes hrs to see doc
The guy who checked us in was in a hurry. Drops everything on the floor, didnt wear gloves. Didnt sanitize the thermometer. Not good of you are dealing with pedi 😒
