I give five stars. Jojo, Evelyn, and the provider are incredibly amazing! They may not realize the impact they've had on my life with their kindness and care. During moments of feeling lost and hopeless, they've shown me there are truly caring people, and that God is always with me. I can't express enough gratitude for their love and support!
I want to share how Jojo and Evelyn truly excel in their care for patients. They not only assist with forms but also inspire hope and help individuals view life from new perspective. They provide a sense of hope for a fresh start in life.
Fernando is a great Community Health Worker. He provided me what I needed and I appreciated his prayers. His positive energy, transparency, compassion and patience do not go unnoticed. First off let me say this, people shouldn’t be afraid to seek mental health help, if you need it, go get it, it’ll help you take so much weight off yourself and could even make you learn more about yourself then you ever thought you could. CHW Fernando was a huge support for me in getting out of the streets. Being homeless is no fun, but went beyond to help me get the provider to get me a same day appt w Hope to complete the RCC referral, the Navigation Center and Salvation. He also offered me a free bus pass. Luckily, things came my way for a place to stay as he continues to work with me on getting long term housing. I do not know where I would be without his help and thank you all Hope Christian Health employees. Much love, God is good! Amen 🙏
