I am SO Pleased with Dr Hiles and the entire office to be honest. I've worked in medical offices and done most every position so it is Absolutely Awesome to have them know what's going on, know that you need referrals for things, they follow up Incredibly well and in general are just extremely thorough! After much thought and prayers, I decided I needed to write this review for the MLK office. I cannot stress the disappointment and lack of faith I have for the staff. My husband started going to this center when he needed to get his prescriptions renewed. His experience had been positive. So, I decided to see them myself when my insurance decided to stop covering a medication I’d been on for a little over a year to lower my A1C. My visit began when the MA took my blood pressure.
