They are refusing to refill my prescriptions after my doctor told me they would, this is paroxitine in which when you don't have your medication for just a day, I start to feel like I have the flu, I cannot function, virdigo and brain zaps. This has to be the worst kind of way to start the month, they will end up making me go into the hospital this weekend.
The lady in the blood draw department was extremely RUDE. First, she couldn't find my vein. So I made another appointment which is today 5/1/2026. AM appointment, I waited for 30 minutes before being called in, and then she called other patient who was supposed to be behind me. When I reacted , she shut me up by holding up her hand, and told me not to talk to her like that. I genuinely wish I could give this clinic 0 stars. I had an appointment scheduled with my doctor, and while I’ve had to cancel in the past due to childcare (which happens), I always made the effort to reschedule. When I did reschedule, I was told it was fine. However, my appointment was later changed - without my involvement - and then canceled altogether. When I called to reschedule again, I was told I had canceled too many times, which was both confusing and frustrating given the situation. To make matters worse, the staff... read more
