Hope centre is awesome for mental health. 🫶 They have workshops, groups: hiking, gardening, yoga, aquarela, mindfulness, even a bipolar group! I didn’t have a good experience with one of the psychiatrists though. I am not giving less stars because of one bad apple. Posting on behalf of Hope centre client. This is a very serious review, with fully honesty reviewing a mental health intake nurse names Kelvin. I hope Kelvins manager is notified of this. Kelvin from HopeCenter BC, when intaking a client, asked personal questions as usual, but started to traumatize the client, when she wouldn’t give one exact answer to her mental health, as it varied in many aspects of life.
