Wish I could give this place zero stars. They are horrible. Dr. Iro is one of the worst psychiatrists in the world. He so cold and uncaring. He contradicts himself everyday. Run from this place like the plague!!!

I am extremely grateful for the care provided by the team in the Carlile Unit at Lion’s Gate Hospital. The nurses, doctor B, support staff and social worker were compassionate, professional, and attentive throughout the entire stay. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated patients with dignity and respect, and worked seamlessly as a team. Most people who regularly come to a place like Hope Center are there for unpleasant reasons. And the often highly difficult and fragile states we can find ourselves in there can surely bleed into what SHOULD be our impartial assessment of our experiences of the environment, its people and quality of care offered. If we felt poorly but received good service, we should of course try and review the quality of the service - not how we felt about it at the time.
