A great place to go where you can get the help you need. No judgement no shame, just helpful people that want you to succeed in sobriety! Friendly fast but efficient getting you through all the necessary steps each appointment date. They have helped me with EVERYTHING from my sobriety needs to resources for housing and lawyers for my child's custody case!! Brightview Mason has been so good for and to me. I'm so forever GRATEFUL!!
The good people they had all seem to be gone now
Lady at front desk was rude at an obnoxious level. I'm a kind hearted gentleman who has made a few mistakes in my life by her remarks I could tell I was being judged by my appearance kind of funny a lady working in this field would act like that instead of being respectful to another human who was created by god equally if it was me a doctor she would be fired this was 5 years ago bright ice right down the street but I go a little further now to Westchester community behavioral health is highly recommended
Brightview refuses to renew guest dosing orders for pts in jail and instead they cut patients off of their life saving medication with no effort to coordinate or transfer care. This is reckless, unnecessary, and dangerous.
