I went for WIC and believe I spoke to someone named Christine. She was amazing, non-judgmental, and very informative. Love her energy. Asking for help can be challenging but she made it so easy and comfortable! She also provided me with additional resources and answered any other questions I had. I would definitely go to a different location if you can! These people are always rude over the phone and in general. I’ve been on bed rest for this pregnancy and when I had to have an over the phone appointment instead of in person. They were constantly mentioning how it’s easier to just come in. As if my doctor didn’t tell me to stay home for a reason. They can't ever communicate with the parents about what formula they cover. With the switch from Gerber to Similac they told me my baby would be on the 360 total care and then when I called to confirm I was told by a different office that WIC doesn't cover the 360. I have always had issues with this location and they refused to change my baby to a certain formula even with a Drs prescription and a letter. I highly recommend you use a different location if you can. Not helpful and always giving out misinformation.
