To whom it may concernMy name is Frank. I put myself into impatient in Hope center very poor nonprofessional and I’m diabetic every time my sugar was high and it reached up to nearly 400. They didn’t wanna give me insulin or metformin until I got real loud. This is the worst place I have been yet. The wait time is way too long, Hours for a simple test. Oh and they accepted my insurance and then offered a lot of extra services that were not covered by my insurance, they should have explained were NOT covered because then now they don't stop calling asking for over $500, worth of extra. This Center has been a nightmare to go to. Go to your Doctor for these services. RUN!
Unorganized Incompetent staff The doctor missed two appointments and I waited over an hour for three different appointments You're only as good as your staff Updated 4/26/23 I visited this office again and was handled in a completely different manner.. even the check in was different.. hardly any wait time .. impressive change from my last visit
Definitely do not book an appointment around lunch time. Waited in the waiting area then was moved to a room jus to be told 1 hour after my appointment the doctor went to lunch sorry but it’s going to be longer. Good staff just avoid mid day appointments at all cost.
