Sad that I am posting this review after they have already closed their doors at this location for good, but you can never go wrong with Hope Cafe. They have several other locations downtown, and they are harder to get to, when I am in town I will try my best to stop by. I have convinced many other people to make this their go to spot for breakfast and coffee. The food, the drinks, and the service is always impeccable.

Closing soon and I'm devastated. Glad there is the location downtown though! The potential of this place is endless. The sangwich (bacon and pepper jack cheese for me) was outstanding. The seasonal iced latte I had was fantastic. The team that works here is so sweet and attentive. It was a pretty good crowd for a Tuesday morning as well. I just wish the interior was a little more modernized. It felt a bit dated, and it was clear that it used to be a fast food restaurant. I can't fault them though. It's worth the trip :)

We stopped in for a quick breakfast and ordered egg, cheese, and bacon sandwiches with the gluten-free option of corn arepas instead of bread. They were Delicious, fresh, and hot! The arepas were like a medium density in other words, they held together but were soft enough, not chewy. The eggs were perfect We asked for crispy bacon and the bacon was perfect.
