Bre made my experience 10/10. She is so nice and just puts a good vibe on the dealership.
Mike McMullin went out of his way to help me even though it was not in his department. Most would have just passed me on to someone else, NOT Mike. He even called me later to make sure I was taken care of. THANKS Mike!!!!!
Awesome service department. The service manager Mike is the best I've ever dealt with. He truly cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend this service department to anybody around this area. Mike and the service team truly care about their customers and bend over backwards to make a stressful situation 10 times better.
The staff at Hope Ford are great and very helpful. Leslie with the service department was able to get me in quickly and Bri got me checked out and road ready.
