Highly impressed with Schantz Flores & his staff! I feel blessed to finally have a caring & compassionate provider who truly wants to help me improve my health. Do not recommend! Unprofessional, Negligent, Irresponsible, Remiss, Dishonest! Heres why: over prescriber of meds (and not discussing or weighing pros/cons and side effects at all, even tho they write in your medical record that they did disuss this with you), incorrect medical record documentation, double booking with no apology, unfriendly/unprofessional nurse assistant, no acknowledgement or response to messages sent thru patient portal, no care or concern to drug interactions/side effects from drugs prescribed, distracte... read more
