All African can't braid!!!!!!!!!!!. This place is not organized. Set appointment for 830 for 2 people. Got there at 8. 830 came and no one showed. At quarter til 9 the owner called said there was two braiders at the shop then. Got there only one person and she started on another person hair. Finally another braider arrives and she started on my granddaughter hair. I asked for small box braids. Got medium to large braids depending on who did it. My hair is beautiful but unfortunately after 8 days I have to take it down . I paid an extra $15 to have my locs washed and it was not washed properly or throughly. There was still dirt on my scalp and my hair didn’t smell clean . I wasn’t going to take it down and go back just to have it fixed during the holiday week . The two strand twist and boho add in hairstyle was almost perfect , but it’s almost a waste .
Made an appointment for me and my son and they refuse to open the door saying they saw a gun in my waist there is no signage on the door… waste my time . Poor customer service when I spoke to the owner
