Be kind and gracious, not everyone coming to purchase a product from your shop is an enemy. From just entering your garage, I could sense anger and an unwelcoming energy from you and your aged mother, as early as 9.30am when I came to purchase hair extensions. Smile always.

Went there on tuesday around 8:30pm the garage wasn’t opened so she let me in through the front door , i was on my phone trying to find the hair i needed and the grandma told me to get off my phone and help her because of pain in her leg causing her not to stand for long , i did not have an issue with this as im a respectful person so i helped , she then started being rude and said i was messing up the other hair while looking for the hair i needed MIND YOU i just put it on the side and was gonna put it back… After 5 mins sh... read more
