If I could give a 0 I would this man is a swindler. Hope advantage yea he takes full advantage of people he is a lier and cheat. That's why he was taking to Court and they suspended his license. Check out the BBB report. He will keep your deposit and make promises. But my God is good and when you like this man you will never get away with taking advantage of people. It happen to me in 2012. But people heard my story and gave me a chance. And still is and they shake their heads when they saw what he did.
Jack Hope did not keep any of the promises he made in regards to repairs. He does keep up his properties as I had to call him frequently to get things fixed. He has a bad attitude and refuses to agree to repair anything. I made several improvements to the property and he did not give me my entire security deposit back. I would classify him as a slum lord in my opinion. He hires drug addicts and whoever else will do the work the cheapest to perform the repairs that he actually agrees to.
