I went here for a consultation. Immediately she told me the dose of gabapentin was way to high n was cutting in half and I had to sign controlled substance contract and drug screen. So I have been on gab for years I would have detox doing it her way, I left the empty urine cup on the contract and left while she was outta the for 20 mins. Found out today in her notes only doctors see, that says I was non compliant with contract and drug screen when I wasn't going too sign anything.
