I'm sorry that some feel like they have been cheated on pay. Upon hire of any employees into this company each individual is informed of ways pay can be docked. Yes, this is VERY legal as long as it's within the guidelines of labor board in the state of TN which happens to currently be a minimum wage of $7.25 an hour. Every employee signs this in the application along with being informed verbally. The big problem seems to be the last check thing with ex employees. This company is awful. I am a client with 4 small dogs. Very high strung so can't have different aides coming in and out. I told them that many times but they keep sending different people. Their former employees told me not to go with this company, thought they were just mad but im seeing the light.
This is the worst company I have ever worked. They lie my last check bounced and I went from 10 dollars an hour to 7.25. you can never get anyone on the danm phone. And if you have loveonesl for God sake don't let this company near them. They cannot be trusted they don't know what the truth is. To bad the owner doesn't know how her company is being ran! !
