Wendy’s across the street would’ve been just as good, completely unorganized, fries came first, 15 minutes later dry hamburger arrived, I read several bad reviews & they are true, this place won’t last.

I did not care for the style of restaurant being that you had to stand in line to place an order like you do at McDonald’s. Then we waited more than 20 minutes for it to be brought to us. People that ordered their food after us got the food before us. My bacon burger was bacon less, my sons burger and fries were in correct. They asked me if I wanted my bacon on the side I said sure since I already paid for it but I was done eating my whole meal before they brought the bacon to me. Pretty decent burger and milkshake after a short wait, but iI can see how this place can get really busy. Definitely a cut above fast food while not being that much more expensive.
Excellent burgers (poblano is my fave), cooked to perfection. Truffle fries are amazing, chipotle ketchup is awesome. Ordering system is funky and I’m not sure it is optimal, but the food is worth it. It normally entices the wife into a cocktail while in line next to the bar, so if that is the plan, they’re nailing it!

I took 2 friends to Hopdoddy for some great burgers... and they delivered. Great, quick service and the burgers were delicious! Grilled to perfection! Enjoyed by all! (The Ahi Tuna gets me everytime)
