Decided to come in on a Saturday night, roughly 6:45 expecting to wait a little. The way you order is probably one of he dumbest ideas I seen for a larger restaurant but I still come because the food is good. But on this particular evening it was horrible! As this restaurant is owned by a larger restaurant conglomerate I would sure hope they know Saturday’s are a busy night for them. Wendy’s across the street would’ve been just as good, completely unorganized, fries came first, 15 minutes later dry hamburger arrived, I read several bad reviews & they are true, this place won’t last.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. I still love by Varsity steak burger better.
I did not care for the style of restaurant being that you had to stand in line to place an order like you do at McDonald’s. Then we waited more than 20 minutes for it to be brought to us. People that ordered their food after us got the food before us. My bacon burger was bacon less, my sons burger and fries were in correct. They asked me if I wanted my bacon on the side I said sure since I already paid for it but I was done eating my whole meal before they brought the bacon to me. Pretty decent burger and milkshake after a short wait, but iI can see how this place can get really busy. Definitely a cut above fast food while not being that much more expensive.
