I have had 2 smoothly co-ordinated successful surgeries with CORE. Now they have entangled themselves with HOPCo and it has been a nightmare trying to co-ordinate another surgery. 25 phone calls, HOPCo operators supposedly connecting you to the correct dept. only it either isn't correct or you get a machine claiming there are (blank)number calls ahead of you and you can hold or enter your number for a callback.
