I would like to commend the response I got on 12/27/19 at 2AM when I had to make that dreaded 911 call for my Husband . Not only was the concern and compassion above and beyond all efforts to keep the situation in control but kept me in peace knowing he was in good hands being transported until I was able to get to him safely. Although he didn’t go to the initial Hospital of choice the Paramedics kept me informed all the way and insured me of his well being . Thank you for all your efforts and all you do for our Community. I am a geriatric nurse and unfortunately have had many experiences with various rescue squads, and had to call today. Hopatcong Ambulance Squad is the Best, and makes me proud to live in Hopatcong, and if I'm ever the one in trouble someday, they're who I want to take care of me! knowledgeable, efficient, they don't dismiss anything you tell them, and they Care. Well done Hopatcong!
Last week I had a massive heart attack while taking my dog for a boat ride from Johnings Marina. I was able to get back to the dock and let the staff know what was happening. The Squad was already arriving. The hospital staff said the immediate actions they took at the marina and on the trip to the hospital saved my life! I will forever be greatful! And thanks to The Squad Jackson and I are looking forward to next summer on his boat!
