Was ok 4 years ago; you have to dig out or expose the cover, but other than that, ok. This time, terrible. Booked ten days out for 2nd stop of the day, 8:30-9:00. Does practically a drive by at about 7:00, decides he doesn’t have enough hose, doesn’t knock on the door or call us. At 10:15, we start wondering if we should call. He picks right up, tells us about the hose “don’t have enough ‘this year’ “, and complains about the screws not being removed from the manhole cover anyway.
