slowest service ever, almost walked out

I was severly disappointed in the service at Hop N. The waitress took our order than left us waiting for over an hour for our food. Though the food was delicious, the service is not worth the wait.

Awesome food. Good atmosphere.
Pizza was not near as good as it used to be(changed recipi?) Also was charged extra 18% because we had 6 people at table( 2 were kids) we were told the restaurant gets this, not the waitress.....will NOT go back here!
