Wish I wrote a review sooner. I’m writing one now because their service is outstanding, can’t remember off hand when starting out at Hopbrook but they have a great selection mix of med providers & therapists too. Since this place gets great business with clients it’s best to keep going for all your needs. I would highly recommend Hopbrook to others if they are in need looking for therapists and/or med providers along with doing some research because that helps along the way.
If you’re going here for medication management, I’d strongly advise against it. My pharmacy informed me they had not heard back from my provider after four days of me being out of medication. When I contacted Hopp Brooks, they told me: “We do not utilize any pharmacy requests. We require our patients to notify us when they are in need of their medication. Please find this information on the medical consent form you signed prior to becoming a patient.” Keep in mind — they don’t accept these requests by text, phone, or email. ... read more
I have gone to a couple of different therapy businesses and Hop Brook is by far the very best! If I would be able to I would give them 10 stars! I have highly recommended them to people I know and would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner Kimberly O’Connor and her staff are Professional and kind. What’s very helpful to me is the flexible hours that a lot of her staff have.
