RecommendedHoover's did a great job after my accident almost totalled my Chevy Cruze last winter. They were very prompt about getting my car from the tow company, honest and translucent about the repairs and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. When I went to check on my car, the owner (I believe?) let me know that he could have totalled my car but wanted to save me the trouble since my car was so new and clean and I really appreciated that. It has been almost a year and my car runs like new. Thank you Hoover's!
Hoover’s was extremely professional and kind. Mark helped me through the whole process making it super easy to get my 2019 Volkswagen in and out. My service light for windshield fluid had been on for a week and I was surprised to see they even went out of their way to refill that for me. Thank you!
Highly recommend! Had the interior of my 2006 Honda Civic cleaned and it looks like new. Went out of their way to find me an appointment in their busy schedule. So pleased.
