I read on their website that they take walk ins for a pet that needed to be seen immediately but when I called they told me I had to have an appointment. Well then maybe you should remove that from your website.
The staff is excellent. They're caring and kind and you really can't ask for a better team to take care of your furry loved ones.
I have nothing but wonderful tho this about Hoover Animal Hospital and it's staff. They were the only one that found out what was wrong with my old doggy. They were amazing with helping us cope with her passing. I now take my puppy there will not go to any other vet!
I would recommend these folks to everyone with furchildren. We have been going here since 2007 and they have never let us down. The care and love that they show their patients is just the best!!!
I adopt a kitten from a rescue that deals with Hoover Road vet. The rescue overlooked the rabies vaccine. They offered to pay for the vaccine if I used Hoover Road vet. So, I called to set up the appointment. The receptionist told me that the rescue would refuse the bill with an attitude to her voice. At that point, I decided to take the kitten to my regular vet. The BEST care hands down!!! An absolutely Wonderful staff!!! I feel right at home when I go here they go above and beyond for you and your beloved pets!!! I could go on and on about how great this animal hospital has been for us!! So thankful in so many ways!!! If your looking for the best care for your animals this is the place!!!
