Highly recommend Dr. Zidan’s office! They are very accommodating and caring. My 3 kids weren’t feeling well and we had to come in on two different occasions but we were able to get them checked; and Dr. Zidan answered all of our questions and concerns and dealt with the kids with patience and care. My 3 year old especially doesn’t like doctors visits but Dr. Zidan managed to make him feel comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Z and the staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. He was thorough and answered my laundry list of questions! This facility exceeded my expectations by far. None of the other pediatric offices we have been to can even compare to Dr. Z’s practice in terms of the quality of care, cleanliness of the facility and attentiveness from the staff. If you are thinking of switching pediatricians, definitely give this practice a chance! 10000/10!
We’ve had a great experience with Hoover Pediatrics. The entire staff is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about both the kids and the parents. As new parents, walking into appointments with questions and nerves is pretty normal, and they’ve always taken the time to explain things clearly without ever making us feel rushed or talked down to. We are extremely pleased with the care our sons receive from Dr. Zidan and his staff. He always listens to our concerns, is great with kids, and our oldest son looks forward to seeing him! Appointments are usually quick with minimal wait time which is also nice.
