Both my newborn nephew and my 11 year old nephew are patients of Dr.Zidan. The most caring ,compassionate and professional doctor. He thoroughly knows what he is doing and can’t ask for more. There is also help through text messages at odd hours and weekends if kids get sick. His team has amazing staff. The BEST pediatrician in Hoover!!!
I didn't think scheduling an appointment for my daughters would be so complicated. I intended to return to your practice because you have excellent doctors, but unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was very poor. The way I was treated when trying to schedule an appointment left much to be desired. I hope you can improve this aspect, as customer service is very important.
I absolutely love Dr.Z and his staff!! It's such a welcoming environment! DR.Z takes the time to listen to you and even your child. He really cares about his patients and the parents. I highly recommend Dr. Z and Miss. Megan! And the nurses and ladies at the front are amazing! If your child is sick they get you in asap. 10 Stars for the whole staff!
Dr Zidan and staff are amazing. Always available for all of our sons needs or our questions/ concerns. Genuine, caring and typically fast visits!
