Zero stars. Even more 7:00am leaf-blowing right outside the apartment building. Poorly managed, bad scheduling, low quality work. Reserve Capital Partners, the property management company, continues employing subpar vendors.

Inconsiderate and low-quality. Hoover spends 2+ hours, multiple times per week, using riding mowers for tiny plots then will blow the clippings around the parking lot for a couple hours. They love starting when people are still asleep. Unfortunately the noise doesn't result in a clean lot - grass, trash, leaves are everywhere. The equally-noisy janitors get to clean up after Hoover's "work."

I work by the IBM building off Luna Rd. The Hoover crew comes every week and runs their noisy blowers for 2-3 hours straight. You wouldn't know though because the parking lot is covered in clippings and dead leaves when they are done. Loud and inefficient. Edit: it has been four hours of constant blower sounds. They're blowing out the back of their truck into the parking lot that they just "cleaned." The lot looks terrible. What was happening for four hours?
