The epitome of customer service! Gi and Glen helped me save a damaged stone by sending it to a specialist who polished it to perfection. Now they are creating a custom design necklace with it as the focal point. They also ordered two replacement stones for me that were both so beautiful, it was difficult to choose between them. Thrilled with my choice, and I love my new ring!

I bought a smart ring yesterday and had no trouble getting it off and on. This morning I woke up and my finger had swelled so much, I couldn’t get it off. I tried everything from soap, grease, ice baths, the string technique and it wouldn’t budge. A friend called Hoovers and I was there in 15 minutes. This is no ordinary ring. It took him an hour to get it cut off but he did an excellent job. Even patched my finger afterwards, because the ring was digging into my finger as he cut. Thank you so much, I’m forever thankful!
