I had two climate-controlled units here, one for over a year, and the other for over three years. This place is located about one minute off of I-80, and is secure and clean. Anytime I had a problem or question, their response was quick and addressed the issue. I highly recommend Hoover Highway Storage if you are looking for storage in the Iowa City area.
The owner needs an attitude adjustment. The place is well maintained and secure, but if you're going to try to resolve an issue with the lease, be more respectful about it instead of being overly pretentious and assuming that because of an oil spill, that I'm working on vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous.
Great experience with Hoover I80 Storage while moving cross country. They’re very responsive, good communication and customer service. Well located just off the interstate. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
