What you see is what you get when you tour - if something is broken when you tour don't expect it to be fixed by move in or during your tenure. Pros: nice neighbors, lots of students and families, outdoor picnic tables that are very popular in warm months, large trees and a lawn for hanging out or playing outside, decent apartments, plenty of parking, nice wide stairs, apartments have balconies and sliding doors and co... read more
