The service worker(Blake) was very nice. When he was finished, he explained everything he checked to me and gave me a few tips.
Dorian was exceptional. He discovered a leak in our water heater and immediately put a plan together to replace it. He was professional and knowledgeable, all around fantastic experience. One of the best during our 15 years as Hoover customers.
Taylen Abbott was just outstanding to work with. He was polite, knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. After dealing with Taylen, I opted to renew my annual VIP membership and hired him to replace my thermostat with an updated model. I would have Taylen back anytime.
