Took my Journey 3 weeks ago for non mechanical service ... electrical and leaking sub roof.. Took them mid way into second weeks to inform me parts needed to be ordered..3 July and still no word on completion expected day..why make me an appointment if that week you are backed up... poor planning always yield poor performance...will never take my car to that dealership again

Thanks to Clay (and Mike) for the excellent customer service. oil change, tire rotation and fuel flush done in quick time and even car pick up provided. Good job guys.

I purchased my Jeep in December and had to bring it in for service because the back up camera stopped working properly. Clay was very informative and kept me updated with the warranty claim process and the estimated wait time for the part to arrive. After everything was completed, he called to give me a final breakdown so I was fully aware of my final total upon pick up the next day. I appreciate his Customer Service and will take my Jeep back to him for all of my service needs.

I took my Jeep to them for a job that should have taken a few hours to do and did not get it back for almost a month. Then eight months later I discover that they most likely did not do the job in the first place. The mounting bracket was covered in rust not befitting a new part of that age. The guide pins were gummed up and had very little spring in them which caused the pads to drag. The hose which they supposedly ordered new had rust and corrosion. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but the minimal stars go to the attendants in the front who were cordial, mostly did their job, and probably had to take a lot of the complaints of the poor service, and is probably not their fault. The last time I went to this place back in March I had an overpriced oil change, told me I needed to change my brakes and quoted me over $796, which I came to find out after I took to another place that there was NO NEED FOR REPLACING BRAKES.
