Customer since 2018, I have never had a issue with customer service. No returned voicemails or any type of communication since dropping my jeep off on June 9th for my appointment. Today is June 19th, I think they may have closed or sold my jeep for parts.

Ill start out with the good. My service person Matt was great. Communicated well and was personable. Thats about the extent of the good. My appointment was on a Monday and it didn't get looked at until a week later. There was a holiday in there, but why make an appointment for my vehicle to just sit? Overall repair took 2 weeks total and was fairly pricey. Maybe I caught them on a bad couple weeks but im not sure ill bring my truck back.
