HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Drove an hour to look at an RX 350. Met by Quinten, who was very green. Nice guy, but knew nothing about cars or the buying process. Quinten, the sales guy, said we had to wait for Quintin his manager. Although there was NOBODY else in the dealership, we had to wait an excessive amount of time for Quintin to get up and walk the 25 feet to the sales desk. He seemed really uninterested. No smile. I found the car online and drove down from Raleigh. Kimmie was awesome, very accommodating in getting me everything I needed in order to get the loan done and everything ready to pick up the car and drive it home. She even arranged for someone to help me drop off my rental car. Amazing. Great experience.
