I had a wonderful experience at Hoover! We visited several dealerships that morning before making Hoover our last stop of the day, and I’m so glad we did. Unfortunately, I feel the need to write this review after my initial service. Original service was done on my 2026 2500 Cummins RAM. Oil, oil filter, fuel filters, and tire rotation. Oil smudges left on truck, check engine light on before I left, forgot to rotate my tires until I reminded them. They did take care of that in June and I went about my business until today. ⚠️ DO NOT TRUST: Deceptive Sales, Broken Promises & Repair FraudI bought a 2016 Ram Rebel here and it has been a nightmare. Shortly after buying it not even 3000 miles the air suspension and emergency brake (e-brake) failed.Incomplete Repairs: Insurance covered the suspension, but Hoover completely ignored and never fixed the e-brake, despite knowing it was broken. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership which continued to need repairs, we couldn’t enjoy the car because we continued to need repairs not to mention the car payment made it difficult to continue to keep the car. 2 years later vehicle still has issues and we’re not sure how to proceed. Don’t buy from these people they are not honest nor will they keep their word.
