This place is a legitimate joke. Bought a Jeep (used). Have had to take it back 3/4 times. Sometimes we never left the dealer. It’s now been there going on week 2. Communication is abysmal at best. Left the service director Matt Hanis a voicemail to call back. Never did. Text Matt no response! Pathetic way to do a job. Do better! WE have to call daily to get an update. They don’t call. I would give them zero stars if I could. First, their website says that the service department opens at 730am, they didn’t show up until 830am and the lady sat in her car for 15 more minutes drinking her coffee. I dropped my truck off on a Friday to have my wheels rebalanced(truck had just over 1,000miles on it) because the truck would shake between 50-60mph.
