Chris was a wonderful salesman. We are very pleased with the experience we had. Very friendly staff. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Beware of the service department. They make appointments and then don't honor them. Their definition of appointment means bring the vehicle in and we will get to it when we can. On more than one occasion, I have had to pick my vehicle up after a day or two and they never even brought it into the shop. VERY DISAPPOINTING! They may be decent for routine maintenance, but for repairs I will be going elsewhere from now on.
This was the easiest deal I have ever done. They bent over backwards and helped us get into our 2026 2500 heavy duty truck. They even helped us get our fifth wheel hitch out of the truck! Chris & Kyle really went above and beyond! Go by and see them in person so they can help you get in your ride.
Kyle Middleditch at Hoover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Moncks Corner was great to work with. Very professional, responsive, and straightforward throughout the process. No pressure, no games, just solid communication and great customer service. Kyle made everything easy and was respectful of my time. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market.
My goal was to trade in two trucks and downsize to one because I no longer needed the large trucks that I had after working a deal to trade in one of the trucks and put the other truck on consignment which I asked about several times while working this deal they informed me after I signed all my paperwork and after everything was done that they don’t do consignments.
